If a person or company owes you money and won’t pay, there are ways of recovering the debt. The action you take will depend on the size of the debt and your ability to prove that you are owed the money.

Usually we will send a letter to the debtor and make efforts to recover outstanding debts without issuing proceedings. Otherwise, if the debtor is not willing to resolve the issue through negotiation or mediation we issue proceedings, obtain the judgment and enforce court order.

Often the fee for representation and disbursements are paid by the debtor.
